My business has both virtual and local services. Services are virtual by default. I do take local, in person clients on a limited basis. If you are in the towns of: Bellwood, Broadview, Hillside, Hinsdale, La Grange Park, La Grange, Oakbrook/Oakbrook Terrace, Westchester, or Western Springs in Illinois please email me at katie@wisemindcanine.com for current pricing and availability.
On this page you can schedule a free assessment for your case. You’ll have the opportunity to explain the issues you are facing and your goals for your dogs. Afterward I’ll explain what it’s like to work with me and answer any questions that you have.
If you wish, you may schedule a paid behavior evaluation without purchasing a lesson package or training program. If you do so, you are allowed to upgrade to a training program later by paying the difference between the evaluation and Month 1’s services.
If you’re ready to get started with a private training program or lesson package, email me with your choices. I will then send you a digital contract. Once signed you can use the password in the contract email to purchase your program or package.
I keep 2 scholarship spots in my private training programs for cases with financial need. Please let me know if you need a partial scholarship at your free assessment. If both spots are currently filled I can put you on a waitlist. Some cases may qualify to do the lower costThriving Multi Dog Households online course until a private scholarship spot opens up.

This option is for individuals who want to complete a full behavior evaluation BEFORE purchasing a lesson package or training program. You can upgrade to a private training program by paying the difference later.
THE DEFAULT BEHAVIOR EVALUATION APPOINTMENT IS VIRTUAL. PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR CURRENT IN PERSON AVAILABILITY.
If there is space for an in person evaluation I will send you the password for the button that links to the appoinment.

Scheduling Behavior Evaluations:
Your behavior evaluation is the first appointment you should schedule during your lesson package or private training program.
Behavior evaluations require form submissions for every dog in your home. They are thorough forms, you’ll want to leave yourself plenty of time to complete them. Especially if you have more than 2 dogs.
I MUST have any forms or videos that you want me to see 72 hours before your appointment. Keep that in mind when scheduling.
Links to your behavior evaluation forms and DropBox link for video submissions will be in your confirmation email once you have scheduled your 90 minute appointment.
It is vital that you check your follow up emails after you have scheduled your behavior evaluation. Late forms and video submissions may result in your appointment being rescheduled.
The day of your behavior evaluation is considered your start date.
Instructions to Redeem Purchased Appointments:
Step 1: Enter the password in the locked area right below this section.
Step 2: With the buttons and categories now visible, scroll until you find the name of your service.
Step 3: Now find the sub section with your service level (if applicable)
Step 4: Choose the appointment type that matches your needs.
Step 5: Click the button.
Step 6: Select a date and time on the calendar. Click “select and continue” when it pops up after time selection.
Step 7: Fill out your information, ensuring it matches your original program/package purchase information. Fill out any forms and accept the contract/waiver.
Step 8: Select and click “Continue to Payment.
Step 9: Remember your program/package code? Enter it now in the “Package/Gift/Coupon Code” section of the form. If you do not remember your code, use the “Check Code Balance” area at the bottom of the screen to have it emailed to you, then enter it.
Step 10: Verify your total is now $0. Then click “Pay and Confirm”. IMPORTANT: If you are being charged for an appointment here something has gone wrong. DO NOT hit “Pay and Confirm” if your total is more than $0. Reach out for help instead. IF YOU PURCHASE LESSONS HERE BY ACCIDENT YOU WILL BE REFUNDED MINUS A PROCESSING FEE. So please pay attention.
Stuck? Just click your appointment type and find 3 open times and dates that work for you. Email that to me and I will get you scheduled myself.
Troubleshooting: Make sure you entered the right email to look up your code. Double check your program name and appointment selection, remember the level has to match too (Basic, Standard, Premium). Your code should be found in your original receipt for your purchase.
Signing Up For Your Subscription for Months 2+
You have 28 days from your behavior evaluation appointment to decide if you would like to continue into Months 2+. If you decide to continue, simply sign up for the subscription in that time window. You can decide past that date, but you’ll have to email me about availability because your spot will no longer be reserved.
